BM Restaurants. A Taste of Sea
BM City is our restaurant at the heart of Varna in the Festival and Congress Center, only seconds away from the entrance to the Sea Garden, and a place that wonderfully fits in the cultural rhythm of the city. The excellent location and urban chic décor in shades of green and blue create an atmosphere of a romantic getaway and a culinary exploration with a marked taste of the sea. The menu follows the various urban routes such as fish and seafood specialities, Italian pasta and pizza, sushi.
BM Olea
BM Olea reminds us of the welcoming charm of Tuscany and the timeless allure of the narrow streets of Greece. The menu features classical Mediterranean herbs and spices. Apart from the Mediterranean cuisine, here you can sample the most delicious beef specialities, with the beef having undergone a process of aging in specially designed cabinets, as well as mouth-watering dishes prepared in a closed barbecue oven. You are going to love BM Olea, if you are happy to discover the small secrets of life in its wonderful spontaneity. BM Olea is a cosy, sun-kissed restaurant designed with a loving attention to detail and loving care for an enjoyable guest experience. There is a stunning sea view from the Lavender Room on the second floor for all who love the sea even in winter. In the summer you can choose a table on the open terrace or in the garden.
BM The Garden
BM The Garden sits at the cross point between the city and the sea. The restaurant opened in 2004 in the Sea Garden of Varna, and its ambience is a wonderful blend of homely, old-world charm, peaceful harmony and genuine delight all the year round. Explore the variety of tastes, from seafood to BBQ, in classical or Chef’s recipes, accompanied by a sophisticated wine list. Cuisine: Mediterranean, European. From the rich aroma of the cup of coffee to start the day to the sheer joy of a tempting dessert at dusk, everything you will try here has been prepared with love.

BM The Bay is situated on the South beach, near Passenger Port Varna. This is the place for every fan of seafood and fish delicacies to find the richest choice and a culinary haven amidst the cool of the sea breeze. The beautiful view over Varna bay adds to the experience of summer as early as in spring time and holds the same charm in the warmer days of winter. Since May 2001 the restaurant has offered Mediterranean cuisine, but don’t miss out on the new barbecue dishes in our 2018 menu.
